Paul is a business man, a family man and an active community member. Paul lives in Motueka.

We have a great chance in Tasman to build a prosperous economic base and a resilient, engaged community where everyone is valued.  We can manage Council spending well, separating ‘needs’ from the ‘nice to haves’, ensuring our money delivers the right solutions at the right price.  We need to inspire our young people, care well for our elderly, nurture our businesses, and ensure satisfying long-term employment opportunities for all.

With almost thirty years experience of managing risk, both for investment banks and for myself, I have a good understanding of the financial challenges we face today and how we might best meet them.  I have the proven ability to work under pressure, to keep a clear head, to work in a team and also to stand alone when needed.

I have the critical business skills, experience and enthusiasm to make a positive difference around the Council Table.
