Tasman is a remarkable place, full of remarkable people where we all have the ability to live as a connected, resilient community, and co-operate warmly with our neighbours and fellow New Zealanders, fostering healthy relationships that benefit us all.

People thrive when they have purposeful, fulfilling lives, when they have enough money to do what they need and enough spare time to do what they want.  I want to be part of a vibrant, prosperous community for current and future generations and help in any way I can to make Motueka a fun, dynamic place to live.  Together, we can ensure that Motueka is a place where our children can enjoy the career, family and lifestyle choices they desire.

I believe in a Council where we make decisions and plans in an open, flexible and balanced way that incorporates the health, economic, social and environmental needs of everyone in our society.
